A fortnightly mentoring circle where retired export managers and practising chartered accountants sit with founders over their actual transactions: first shipment documents, GST structures, IEC registrations, LUT filings and payment terms. The format is deliberately practical. You bring a specific transaction or document set; the circle works through it live. No slideware, no generic lectures. Between sessions, mentors are reachable for short clarifications through the hub. Ventures that have shipped their first export order through this circle include food, textile and machined-goods startups.

The organisation
Salem iHub Incubation FoundationSalem iHub is a Section 8 incubation foundation promoted with CII support to give district startups a physical base. The hub runs twenty incubation seats, a bookable meeting room, an electronics bench and a hand-tool maker corner. Its mentoring circles pull retired export managers, chartered accountants and factory heads from CII member companies into fortnightly sessions with founders.
