A common facility hall with washing, pulping, pasteurising and pouch-filling equipment, maintained to FSSAI audit standard. Food startups book the line by the day to run trial batches, finalise recipes and produce samples for buyer meetings, without owning a single machine. The line handles fruit and vegetable pulps, millet-based mixes, beverages and sauces. Batch sizes from 20 kg trial runs to 200 kg commercial pilots are practical in a single booked day. A facility supervisor is present throughout the run. Cleaning logs, water certification and pest-control records are maintained by the park, and the paperwork is available to include in your FSSAI licence application.

The organisation
Shevaroys Agro Processing ParkBuilt under a state agro-processing scheme, the park operates common facility halls where food ventures can run trial and small commercial batches without owning a line. Halls are maintained to FSSAI audit standard with documented cleaning logs, potable water certification and cold storage on site. A facility coordinator plans the production calendar two weeks ahead so startup trial days never clash with anchor tenants.
