Twenty incubation seats inside Salem iHub with a bookable meeting room, a basic electronics bench and a hand-tool maker corner. CII-referred startups get a seat free for six months, renewable on progress review. Residency is more than a desk: residents join fortnightly mentoring circles, get first call on iHub demo days, and can route student internship requirements through the hub's college partnerships. The maker corner covers quick physical iteration: soldering, hand tools, a bench supply and a workbench you do not have to tidy for investors.

The organisation
Salem iHub Incubation FoundationSalem iHub is a Section 8 incubation foundation promoted with CII support to give district startups a physical base. The hub runs twenty incubation seats, a bookable meeting room, an electronics bench and a hand-tool maker corner. Its mentoring circles pull retired export managers, chartered accountants and factory heads from CII member companies into fortnightly sessions with founders.
